Dave is a trainer, speaker, and coach who is passionate about equipping people with leadership tools that create lasting transformation.
Dynamic and collaborative with the ability to solve problems, Dave brings nearly 50 years of experience as a senior leader within the faith community. From his role as a change agent with an uncanny ability to communicate, Dave has been able to help individuals and organizations unlock their potential.
As a GiANT certified trainer, speaker and coach, Dave provides guidance in several key areas, such as understanding your leadership voice, organizational alignment, communication and team building.
Dave got his career start in vocational ministry, including roles with youth, music, and as a church-planting pastor.
Married 50 years to his college sweetheart Sandy, the Noel’s have two amazing children and five delightful grandchildren.
For fun, Dave enjoys rooting for his beloved New York Yankees and the Indianapolis Colts.
